第二、一心一意謀發(fā)展，同心同德促改革。我和班子的其他成員要坦蕩做人，加強個人修養(yǎng)，依法按章辦事，主動溝通，爭取盡快形成新的合力。我和陳黎清同志不熟悉，一點不熟悉，也對不上號，直到龐局長、劉書記找我們談話，組織處介紹方對上號。因此，不可避免的存在熟悉、磨合過程。(我與“陳”姓有緣分，太太姓“陳”，兩位新來的書記都姓“陳”。)

近xx年我主要搞行政工作，做事效率快，光明、果斷、用心、熱情，不把事情想得太復(fù)雜，謀事多、謀人少。有時可能上下左右匯報、通報、協(xié)調(diào)不夠，但我不搞“人治”，對法定的程序格式比較清楚和重視。古話說：“路遙知馬力，日久見人心”，我真心待人，心地善良，很純，也浪漫，相信我能和陳書記處好的。小陳書記，我們很熟，兩個家庭很友好，彼此非常了解，小陳書記精通財務(wù)，年輕，女同志，剛好彌補學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子唯一缺財務(wù)專業(yè)人員的缺陷，對學(xué)院經(jīng)濟活動，提高會計核算能力，加強資金正常運轉(zhuǎn)將有重要意義。
